Do you have a minimum order cost?

  • YES, there is  minimum order required to place an order. You can contact me before you place the order.

I do not have a business. Can I buy Wholesale?

  • NO. You need registered business to buy wholesale. 

Is my personal and Credit Card Information securely protected? 

  • Yes, we process all order through secure firewall. Read our Privacy Policy and order with confidence.

My Business is Tax Exempt. Will I be charged Tax?

  • Currently, only Texas VALID Resale Tax Certificate is received. When placing an order add a note in the "Special Instructions" box stating your certificate was faxed or email us at Gavin@mocsage.com. Taxes will be removed once we receive the tax-exempt certificate. NOTE:  Your tax certificate remains on file and taxes on future orders will be removed until the certificate expires.

Are all products shown online in stock?

  • No not all the items are in stock due to fast inventory changing. Only the bestselling year-round items are on site. Please email us at Gavin@mocsage.com to find more product you are interested in and we will assist you.

How do I cancel my order?

  • Please email us at Gavin@mocsage.com to cancel order.

How long does the shipping and processing take?

  • We try to ship order received before 4pm CST to process the very same day except for Saturday and Sunday. All order received after 4pm CST will be shipped next business days. All order received after 4pm Friday will be shipped next Monday.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

  • Once we ship the item, you will be notified with a tracking number of the package. we ship through Yunexpress, UPS, FedEx or USPS whichever has fastest service on that day.
